I have completed approximately 15,000 Real Estate Appraisals in the past 30 years. I have strived to get better at my craft year after year. When someone goes out of their way to say job well done, it makes me want to continue getting better. The problem is, not many people go out of their way to let you know your effort was appreciated, most likely because we are all busy and there is only so much time in a day. The bottom line, the email below are too few and the world would be a better place with a little more positive feed back. I want to provide an appraisal that exceeds the clients expectations every time. I'm going to make it a priority to thank any service provider I use, whenever possible in a way that makes them feel appreciated.
